Return Policy

Before returning your items, please call 1-800-592-4717 to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned due to the fault of ELken Company will be replaced or credited at NO charge. Items order incorrectly by the customer will have a 15% restocking fee and it is the responsibility of the customer to ship them to the determined warehouse.( DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION ) Returns that come in without an Authorization Number on them will be REFUSED.)
